1. Book your important medical appointments.
Your health is of utmost importance. Be sure to schedule time for your yearly or other regular visits with your medical providers to prevent larger health concerns down the track. If you’ve put off medical tests because of the pandemic, don’t wait any longer! Plan ahead and make your appointments now.
2. Goal Setting-Creating Your Ideal Future
Instead of pushing out your goals and aspirations to January 2021, start them now. Think about the goals you’d like to accomplish in a month or a year and write them down. Post your goals in a place where you can see them every day so you can stay accountable. Celebrate your small wins as well as the big ones. Recognize that this is a process and change isn’t going to happen overnight. Be patient, stay consistent, and be true to yourself. You can do this!
If you find this really difficult we have an online goal setting workshop that can help get you started Get ready for the NEW Year NOW : Goal Setting Your Ideal Future

4. Make time for yourself
Figure out a time when you can focus on yourself because you matter. This is essential for your mental health, even if it’s only 5 minutes! Whether you exercise, meal prep, listen to your favourite tunes, take this time for yourself, and you’ll feel better.
5. Try and stay balanced
The key to maintaining good health is the combination of many factors like regular exercise, good diet, stress management, work/life balance, healthy relationships, and high self-esteem. Sometimes we slip up and take a wrong turn, but that’s okay! Get right back on track, limit those unhealthy habits, and move forward.
