Mindful Eating 1 Hour Workshop

‘Mindful Eating’ is one mealtime skill that can fit with any healthy eating style. This practice involves applying simple mindfulness techniques to the process of eating. Research has shown that eating mindfully may help you to eat smaller portions and fewer calories and reduce emotional eating. In this one-hour online workshop we will learn what mindfulness is and how Mindfulness can transform our struggles with food and renew our sense of pleasure, appreciation, and satisfaction with eating food.

We will cover:

  • Mindful Eating
  • Hungry vs non-hungry eating
  • How to deal with boredom
  • The mindful eating approaches
  • Minimising mealtime distractions
  • Establishing new habits
